Hello,
Anyone with this case, can you please post on how to remove the fan on the side where i can replace that fan with four 120MM fan's >

You just unscrew the fan from the side panel. You may need a fan controller to run the extra fans though unless you are running splitters directly from your power supply.
 
What he said, I added 4 120MM fans on the side and I just unscrewed the stock fan, screwed 4 120's on there and ran a cable from my PSU under the HD rack and hooked them all up
 
Yeah really, its just four phillips screws. The fan on the top is a different story though. It has like hex bolts.
