16GB RAM in Crucial 2G registered sticks
NVS 440 - will be a 6870+ shortly
HD2400 - will be a 6870+...

10GbE (2x)
dual 290's

1-Windows / BIOS only sees 14.2 GB RAM... Of the 16? Whats up with that? Windows 7 Pro, 64bit.
2-Graphics cards in either slot 1 or slot 6 (the two PCIe 4x slots) wont let the system boot... so I cannot use the high speed slots for raid or ethernet. Is there any way around that?
 
As Per Supermicro Tech Support,

I had my Memory Hole settings incorrect, hence the 'missing' RAM.

The two PCIe 4x slots are not graphics card capable, because of how they are physically wired and tied off of the chipsets. I don't know how that works (I thought PCIe was PCIe...) but thats what they say.
