H80i with Noctua NF-P12 fans.

Hi,
I have two Noctua NF-P12 fans and I'm planning to buy an H80i from corsair.

Do you think that Noctua fans will be a good downgrade in performance over the SP120 fans?
How many degrees could change?

I love the NF-P12 silence.

I am using the stock H80i fans, and at 1400rpm or less I have no noise...and at 1400 I get pretty good cooling, cranking the fans up past that has only a 1-2c effect...not worth the noise and not enough to matter.

I think the stockers are fine.
