The wireless adapter on my H67M-ITX/HT seems to have stopped working. Do they typically fail after a few years? Any good way to troubleshoot this?

What's a good replacement for it in case I have to go that route?

What's the warranty length on the motherboard? I see various lengths after searching.

Also, is there a replacement for the Smart Remote?

I'm guessing 2 years? That's what Newegg reports. ASRock themselves don't seem too end user friendly for RMAs.

You can probably use any mini PCIe dual antenna wireless adapter, unless there are BIOS limitations, though I've only heard of OEMs (like Lenovo, Dell, etc.) that limit their hardware that way.

For the remote, depends on if you used the S5 power on feature. AFAIK that works with ASRock boards only. Other than that, it seems a normal MCE remote with USB dongle.
