I just purchased an H60 and an Asrock z77 itx board. I will be running the cooler in push pull config and would like a third case fan to cool the motherboard components. The problem is that ITX board only has 2 PWM fan connectors. Would work great for both H60 fans (I also got a stock H60 sp120 2000rpm pwm fan from corsair) but will it work with the H60 3 pin pump and a corsair sp120 that also has a 3 pin connector?

I did some research and the H60 pump uses 0.1Amp so power shouldn't be a problem. One of the connectors on the splitter is missing the 3rd pin. How will that effect the 3 pin connector?

Sorry if this is a newbish question but I googled and couldn't find a definite answer.

The missing 3rd pin is the fan speed sensor. Splitting that signal would be problematic and is why they avoid doing so. Your motherboard will receive fan speed information from the fan that receives the 3rd pin in the splitter. Since they are are sharing a power source, and are of the same make and model, they will rotate at the same speed, so it shouldn't be an issue.
 
Thanks USF-Nealio, but my question was towards the acual pump and the 1450rpm sp120 fan that both use the 3 pin fan connector. Will they have any problems? I would be running two y-splitters, one for both the 2000rpm pwm sp120l's in push pull config and the h60 pump and the 1450rpm sp120 on the other splitter.

Seeing as the pump and the 1450rpm sp120 use a 3 pin connector they should run at full speed. But one of the ends for the Silverstone Y-splitter is missing the third pin to preventin mixed signals. Can my 3 pin 1450rpm sp120 run off the first two pins?

Oh the joys of working with SFF systems.
 
Well I'm guessing it shouldn't be a problem. I'll just wait and see if there is any problem. Again thanks for the help.
