H50 to H70 ... worth it?

I'd say not worth it, put faster rpm and higher static pressure fans on the H50 rad if you don't mind the added noise.
Low 90s is not a temp I'd want to see, is this under LinX load? As you get close to 100 it triggers thermal protection and will throttle or shut down.

Well, this is what I gather.
The h50 radiator is smaller but has more fin density to make up for it.
The h70 radiator is fatter but actually has less fin density than the h50; if total surface area is compared I honestly don't know which has more.
Based on what I've read, the h70 is pretty much the same performing as the h50 if the h50 is in push-pull.
On the other hand though; if the 4 fans for both units and the associated cpu's were all the same, it may be the case that the h70 might be better but most likely a very tiny bit better; problem is I haven't seen this level of testing performed yet.
Also, depending on the price you plan to pay for the h70 there are better performing watercooling options such as the xspc "raza" kit.

Yes it's under LinX. Prime95 Small FFTs gets around 85-90. LinX adds an extra 4-5 degrees.

Not worth it. Go full watercooling if you want better temps. Or a Peltier cooler (like the Cooler Master V10).
If you want to hand over another 100 bucks to Corsair go for it. A push pull configuration with the H50 with high static pressure fans will give you about the same performance for a fraction of the cost. Out of box performance will give you a good 5+ degrees but you can get the same with upgrading the fans in a push pull config.
I was under the impression one changes the rear exhaust to an intake when one hooks up the H50?
