H50 and xpower

long story short it doesn't fit. The xpower audio card prevents the H50 being located on bottom rear fan. I mounted it to the front and used a sythe fan and it has direct air flow from the front. As you can see the hot air will hit my memory but don't think it will be bad. This is the only configuration that fits.

You could always put the audio card in the last slot (X4) and try exhausting the H50 out the back.
