H370M Pro4 with 9th gen processors. Updated BIOS, but unsure of VRM handling.

So, a BIOS update to the ASRock H370M motherboard has unlocked support for 9th gen CPUs. I want to get a i7-9700k, but I am reading online from people saying that they are unsure whether the VRM can handle the new processor. I imagine if the motherboard is compatible now with 9th gen CPUs and my motherboard is listed on their compatibility list then it should be no problem right? Since I am not too familiar with it, but how would I know if a VRM can handle a specific CPU?
