H240-X CPU + GPU

I was looking to put both my CPU and GPU on a single custom loop with the Swiftech H240-X. I'm wondering if its feasible?

My custom loop is a little different than most as I only have a 750ti and an i5 6600k that I'm looking to cool. I'm thinking the combined TDP here should be less than 150 watts. I am however looking to do a little bit of overclocking which could put it over that slightly.

Has anyone used the H240-x in a custom loop like this? What have your experiences been like?

I don't have first hand experience with the H240x, but with a 240mm radiator, you'd be able to cool a 6600k and 750ti no problem.

Do they even make 750ti blocks?

I run a h220x and another 280mm rad to cool an overclocked 4690k and 980ti, get max 50C on the gpu. Might get a little warm depending on the cpu overclock but temps should be well below any air cooling. Probably will be a nice quite little system.

EK makes a 750ti block. I got it on sale for like $41. Do you run all that off the h220 pump or do you run a dual pump system? Does the pump get loud trying to push through two water blocks and another radiator?

The h240-x is actually a 280mm radiator. I basically have room for another 140mm radiator or a 140mm fan in my case. My case currently only has two fans. Currently running in pull. Negative pressure is a concern so I'm thinking the one fan may be better than another radiator at this point? But I'm still undecided.

I run it all on the H220X pump. The pump is good for an extra block and rad, doesn't make any extra noise. I generally run the pump at 60%.

There should be no problem at all. I removed the original watercooler from the H-240X and I am running the rest with Liquid Extasy full cover waterblock which is cooling CPU, PCH chips and VRM chips. This is quite big cooler with quite long water track. Works fine. I added third fan on the radiator top to make it push-pull.

My gaming / video demands are not that great... my primary goal is to reduce noise, temps, and power requirements while compromising as little performance as possible. The 750 ti has two fans that can be add to the noise... and I got the water block for it on sale. Plus, the 750ti has a great TDP to performance ratio at only 60-85 watts. I admit my build is probably a little unusual to most.. I guess I'll just wait and see if it was worth it in the end.

It should work but might need a little bit more rad space for the overclock
