What is the best and cheapest water cooling setup for a 1900XT video card, I have a thermaltake xaser3 2000a case.
I dont plan on OC'ing this card or the CPU(3500+) but I hear that the cards run hot and loud and I would like to avoid a ton of niose coming from my computer. thanks fellas
