h100 am i doing this right?

so basically i got a new hepa air cleaner, this air cleaner only cleans air when it's dirty so like it's barely on, which means my room is now quiet for the first time in years. i have the amd x2 that unlocked to x4 and i can oc to 3900 on a venomous x, thing is i was using 7 fans.

newegg happend to run a special on the h100 so i thought why not, but i plug the fans into the motherboard and let speedfan turn the fans on instead, on prime95 it crashes on the lowest pump setting, until i downclock it to 3500, which i think is a good trade off. so am i doing anything wrong? pump is audible on lowest setting tho, guess i can't do nuttin about that.
 
The speed control button on the heatsink/pump is to control fan speed when the fans are connected to the top of the pump. The pump itself runs at a constant speed. What is your CPU temp?
