Well i just wanted to say this now and get it over with. No i'm not just going to say Infinium sucks. The fact is, what has become of society when one person (or company) sues another person (or company/organisation) on a baseless claim, saying that in an article, there were problems with the info. If i say something that isn't right, someone corrects me, i check if i am right or wrong, and i either correct myself or i stand by what i said. Nobody sues me. This is a really pathetic situation, and although i've voiced my opinion by replying to threads, i just felt the need to start a thread showing my displeasure.

BTW there is no mention of the counter suit anyware, either at Infinuims website or at their mouthpiece, phantomcentral.com . They are obvously avoiding, this, perhaps they know they are very wrong in launching the suit and are just avoiding the situation???
