There are so many questions asked over and over on this forum (Why can't I see all 4GB of memory? PCIe 2.0 card in 1.0? etc etc)

Has there been any thought of an area that has all these Frequently Asked Questions and the answers to them?
 
That's why a lot of the subforums have Stickies, but of course sheeple don't read those now do they...

What you're encountering is the basic nature of every forum that exists on the Internet: new people join them all the time, hence the questions will keep being asked over and over again ad infinitum and there's nothing anyone can possibly do about it. Stickies, FAQs, etc - you simply cannot provide a single source of information that will answer all the questions you're likely to find on a given basis day to day.

Except the entire forum itself, of course.
