Well as some of you might remember how I hijacked the wifes bedroom a/c and put it in the PC[4] room last year, I decided to up the ante and took the Friedrich 7000btu from the living room.
It's about 90f here in Ma. today and my temps were rising. Abit EQ reported a 12c increase in sys and cpu. I'm happy to report I'm at a frosty 24c sys and 36c cpu with the Friedrich humming along rather quietly.
Those temps are at a mild o/c of 2.8c@ 3.1.
 
I imagine if someone were crazy enough they would mod on of the ones that get hooked up through your furnace to a CPU/Video card. Now that would truly be a feat.
 
my W/C set up gives me silence + little bit of o/c with only 30 degrees celcius, if it gets hot outside... probably like 1-3 more

but i could really use an A/C too...
