H.265 encoding on Xeons

So with my new gopro6 , I am certainly envious of the hardware HEVC encoding/decoding on the Kaby lake stuff.
My workstation is xeon skylakes , but I've gotta run the re-encode.
I'm using handbrake right now , I also have Adobe media encoder CC....

That's 1 more step than I want...
What's the schedule on Xeons with H.265 ?

My issue must be elsewhere , 'cause it's just choking on the 4k60.
