H 264 player?

Is there a good free embeddable player for H 264 (or other high quality HD video files)?

I've got a 1GB, 14 min video I'd like to embed on my website, but vimeo limits you to 500mb and youtube limits to 10 minutes. I have a webhost with plenty of space / bandwidth, but I don't know a good way to "roll my own". Thoughts?
 
I'm hoping to have a very youtube / vimeo like experience (multiple quality levels, ect..)
 
JWPlayer even has a code generator on their website that lets you input video type, size, etc. and displays the code to copy/paste.
