GTX690 Mod

I am not sure if the FP32 perf is any different between the Quadro/Tesla and the Geforce on these cards, and even if there was, I dont know if that change would alter it.

Kinda surprising that the PCI DEV ID is not just stored in the BIOS, but is done with resistors.
 
Hmmmm..... it would be interesting to see performance results of before and after mod on the card.
