GTX670 Overclocking Quick question

Palit GTX 670 Jetstream
1135MHz boost + 52 offset
1187MHz max boost
1727MHz memory clock + 400 offset
122% Power
+ 100 voltage

Those are the settings for my max oc, now to use this 24/7, do i have to leave the voltage at +100, and power at 122% or can i put those back to default?

You need to leave the power target at 122% or else the card may power throttle in demanding situations. Running 24/7 is no different than what you did to get to your overclock - once you find an overclock you are happy with, just leave all the settings the same and press on.

As for the voltage, it doesn't really affect the Vcore (it is still locked at 1.175V) so it might not actually be doing anything for you. There were some reports that it affected the min voltage or memory voltage, but I don't know if they were ever proven. You could try resetting that to 0 and see if the overclock is still stable.
 
It shouldn't matter for 24/7 use, because the card will down clock/volt itself at idle anyway, so leaving a high power target has no effect on day to day use (only when the card is at high load), and I believe the voltage should work the same (it's an offset, it doesn't force it 24/7 and the 670 is voltage limited anyway).
