I'm looking to upgrade my video card (temporarily) until I rebuild a completely new system in a couple months. Sadly, I can't 100% remember which PSU I have as I've been through 3 on this system.

Right now I'm running a Opteron 185 with 2 SATA 7200RPM drives, 4GB of RAM (DDR1) and a 7800GTX. I'm looking to (potentially) get the GTX280 to tide me over until late September when I build a completely new system which will use the GTX280 that I get now.

Edit: Forgot to mention I'm running an ASUS A8NSLI Premium mobo.

I either have an Antec Truepower II 500 or 550 - I just don't recall which. A power calculator I used at http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine advised 450W for my setup with a GTX280, but before I go making any purchases I wanted to consult with the experts here. Any thoughts? If I need to get a new PSU completely I'll just wait.

It can connect to two four pin connectors, right? The Antec has room for that, I'm pretty sure - I'll have to check once I'm home, unless I'm mistaken about the GTX280's needs.

In web searching, came up with 180W or 15A on the 12V rail as the max draw of the 280. In normal use, it's likely to draw less than that however.
