GTX275 vs 465?

I am wondering around how much better is 465 compare to gtx 275? Newegg is having this deal where if u buy the 465, you got 2 free game for 182 after rebate and + another free game from evga. I am figuring I can sell my 275 for around 150-160 so if i sell those game it equal to free upgrade. But the bottom line is: how much better is it?

I read some bench but the result is conclusive, although 460 use less power than my 275.
 
Well, the GTX 460 is roughly the same speed as the GTX 285. That should give you an idea of how much faster the 465 is over your 275.

768MB GTX 460 is more like a GTX 275, 1GB GTX 460 is in-between a GTX 275 and GTX 285, GTX 465 is usually not worth it because it's like a 1GB GTX 460 but with more heat/power (but if you get a good deal on it....):

You should look at resolution-specific performance charts, e.g., at 16x10 and 19x12 and 2560x1600, the GTX 275 is faster than the 768MB GTX 460, and the GTX 460 only wins at the very lowest resolutions.

The GTX 465 fares a bit better at high resolutions but it's still pretty much a wash vs. your GTX 275.
