Hey guys,

I just bought a new MSI gaming laptop (in sig) and I'm currently playing BF4 on medium graphic settings (not customized). The frame rate is very good right now, but when I turn it on high I notice it begins to slow down.

Does anyone have any recommendations on which settings I should customize to get the best bang for my buck without reducing the frame rate from what I'm getting on the general medium settings in BF4?

Cheers

this is what I play at

try them

1920x1080 @ 144hz
90 FOV
Motion Blur - Off
Depth of Field - Off
Texture Quality - Ultra
Texture Filtering - Ultra
Lighting - Medium
Effects - Low
Post Process Quality - Ultra
Mesh Quality - Low
Terrain Quality - Ultra
Terrain Decoration - Low
AA Deferred - 4xMSAA
AA Post - Off
Ambient Occlusion - Off

might wanna try 2xAA and post process on medium though

these are Shiznilti's settings from the BF4 thread

I found those settings to cut the frame rate significantly. I've kept everything at default medium and upped the texture quality to high and its right where I want it. Thanks for your input.
