when I watch a stream. In firefox (this happens in chrome too), when I click and hold the mouse button on the window the stream video freezes for up to 2-4 secs. When I move the window back and fourth the window stutters across the screen (randomly). Both of these issues never happened on my older card. The issue seems to be less of a problem with Chrome, but it's still there. When I try to go to flash options on firefox to uncheck hardware acceleration, the browser completely freezes for up (sometimes just no longer responds), and will not let me go back and forth on the fly. I also had flash straight out crash on me while watching a video. When I maximize a stream from window to a fullscreen it freezes for 3-5 secs (this happens when theres a massive stream chat for the most part).



Is this a driver problem? Anyone else getting this kind of unresponsiveness?
