got a gigabyte gtx660ti, put it in my ip-35-e , a pci-e2.0 board, until i can get a pci-e 3.0 board.
drivers wont install, i get "this graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware" message. in the device manager i only see " standard vga graphics adapter"
this slot has run a 8800gt for the last two years . so i dont suspect a bad slot.
i have tried reboot and reseating the card, am going to reinstall the 8800 to double check the slot,
any one have an idea whats up?
