GTX 660 issue

Hey guys, I'm having an issue with my graphics card. I have a GTX 660 (non Ti)
I use HDMI output to a 32" TV, including audio. Whenever I start up a game, there's a chance that the screen will flicker, come back on, but the audio won't work. I get a notification in the notification area saying that the display adapter stopped working. Does anybody else experience this issue? I tried updating the driver, and that worked for a little while, and then it started acting up again if that helps
 
Which driver version? Does 344.75 work properly?
