GTX 570 PSU Double Check

Seeing some falling prices on the GTX 570 (Seeing one for 280 AR, and the 2 free games), so thinking about possibly getting this instead of a 6950/GTX 560Ti. Of course the 570 has a bigger power jump then my original plans, so need some double checking on this.

Planned build -
2600k OCed (probably 1.35V, maybe 1.4V)
GTX 570 (rec 550W psu, 38 amps off 12V)
4 HDs, 5x120mm fans
19 month old Corsair VX550 PSU (492W max off 12V, 41 amps)
