GTX 460M update won't install for my new Asus G73JW won't install. I believe the driver ver is 260.99 it keeps telling me that it does not recognize the GPU. I am sad what should I do?!
 
you need the modded inf file to install the drivers. odd's are asus changed something so that you can only use the drivers from their site.
 
You did actually use the Verde Notebook drivers from Nvidia and not the standard driver right?
 
I just went on to the nvidia site...followed the link to the gtx 460 m driver. downloaded it. so should I go to asus website to find the driver? is that how it works?!
