GTX 460 vs SE

So the SE version of the 460 was just released, and since I bought the 768mb of the standard 460 , I was wondering if it would be an upgrade to get the 1GB SE version in my step up program.

The differences I see are less shader cores but more memory bandwith, and slightly slower clocks.

Since I am 1920x1080 I wonder if I should then, considering I can probably OC it, and get more memory and memory bandwith. but will the shaders hurt?
 
Depends what games you play, its a silly change though considering you can buy a regular 460 1gb or even a GTX 470 for essentially the same price. Check hot deals I posted a GTX 470 deal @ newegg for 190 (if you live in the USA).

I'm really pissed they removed the 470 from the step-up list, I could of upgraded for $75... so now I'll probably just go to 460 1GB (not SE), and sli eventually
