The card uses one PCI-e 16x slot and, due to its size, covers whatever slot is below the PCI-e 16x slot. Here's a pic of it in my rig for comparison:ok thanks 1 more question it will be able to run on this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128375 cause i hear it takes 2 pci-e slots

well maybe that psu was worse than the PC Power & Cooling 750 watt. the op has less stuff to run but still you should not have even been at 500 watts even under full load so that must have been one crappy psu.I had a thermal take 750W and it could not run the GTX295...i had to go get 1000W to be able to run it.
I had one that ran 2 GTX 260s overclocked in sli for a few months with my overclocked e8400 and ram with 4 drives in raid0. Untill it failed on me. I think it was a lemon. I do fell PCP+C psus are a bit overrated, though. Just beware of OCZ's rebates. Make sure that you are happy with the price before the rebate.
Also there is no reason that any decent 750w psu couldn't run a GTX295.
