So I just bought a gtx 280 from a member off here and hooked it up and everthing seems to be going fine. However I noticed that windows thinks there are two monitors connected to the card and I cant figure out why. Whenever I try to use my monitor on the other dvi port of the 280 I just get a black screen. Any ideas whats wrong or how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

P.S.; the card has the Zalman VF3000N cooler on it. Could this be causing the problem? Just a thought.

mm you could try downloading the bios for that card and reflashing it to see if that solves the problem. but other then that have no clue unless you were running dual display's before hand or maybe the dvi ports dead. kinda weird.
