gta 5 release date changed?

I read that currently the release date for gta 5 is march 26th. However I was just told that now they are talking about releasing it sometime in 2014. Has anyone heard or read anything about that?
 
A quick Google search indicates that they are still planning a Q2 2013 release. Rockstar is known for not showing stuff until pretty close to release so unless something very bad happened, I don't see them moving the release to 2014.
 
huge GTA fan, but even I have to admit that buying an xbox360 title as big as this, so close to when new consoles are supposed to be popping up. Just sucks.

Perfect solution for me is to have them release it on the PC as that's my primary gaming platform. Of course we all know that GTA5 on PC isn't set in stone it seems.
