GS4 Pre-release?

I found this on ebay ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/Samsung-Gal...1121555372?pt=Cell_Phones&hash=item35cfeb0fac ) Could it be used with a GSM Carrier like he says? I need to use it with net 10. There are straight Us Cellular ones for $160, so I wont buy this one, but I would like to know my options with these phones. Anyone use a prototype as their daily here?
