grub loader error 21[URGENT]

I deleted the partition of ubuntu on my computer in windows. I brought my computer upstairs and I went to boot it up and I got an error from the grub loader. I disconnected the hard drive that it was on and still the error popped up. is this fixable? please help, I need my computer for school tomorrow.

if you have your windows install disks..
1. boot that up
2. chose 'Repair'
3. run 'Recovery Console'
4. type 'fixmbr' to reinstall the windows bootloader
