ok yesterday i left my side panel with them to get a piece of plexie cut to fit it, they cut it, did a damn good job, but the went the extra mile and took off panel braces and managed to twist one of the mand snap the head off one of the screws:( they gave me a no labor cnarge and 15% off for it but im still bummed, is there any place i can get a repalcement bar and screw?

Bend the bar back into shape, if its bent, and replace the screw at home depot, you are comparing thread pitch, diameter and length. they have a thing there you can screw the screw into to test out what size it is.
