I'm looking for a recommendation for a web software that would be used by my schools sustainable business club for project collaboration management. Right now I'm using a wordpress website (www.cpnetimpact.com) but it's a pain to use and nobody was really using it. I'm looking for something that has maybe a calendar, a way to upload and share documents and pictures amongst members, and maybe a chat or basic forum type deal. I couldn't get them to use phpbb so it's got to be really easy to use software.

We use activecollab here at work. It's pretty decent, has a few nice features and is relatively cheap.
