group policy editor

Running Windows server 2003 SP2. I have two domain controllers in this network. All clients (50) except for three all run Windows XP SP2.

I wanted to disable Windows Firewall via group policy however I've ran into a snag. For some reason when I enter into the group policy editor for my domain, the "Windows Firewall" isn't even listed in group policy under User Config>Admin Templates>Network>Network Connections. Nothing is listed under here except for Offline Files and Network Connections.

Any ideas. Am I somehow running old amd files? Strange.
