For an active directory setup what kind of group policies do you use?

What group policies do people here generally use when setting up a home or corporate network? What areas of the operating system to they try to lock down through GPOs?

If its business. EVERYTHING! If they dont need it, they dont get it, if its harmful, they dont get it!

Home, little less relaxed, since everyone likes their own computer i dont enforece anything serious.

Do you people know of a good guide to policies?

Like somewhere that gives me a general rule what to restrict at a MicroController's Lab I manage at my U...

We do not run Active Directory though.. I just need to log to each computer as admin and go on from there...
