Grounding strap on my PSU

most dont even have one,
but It might become more common with painted \ plexi cases and all
likely just attaching the PSU will ground it in a metal even if it is painted (interior),
as the PSU cover is grounded, and the screws would provide contact
 
If you have a plastic case, tie it to the drive bay rack or to a grounding stud attached to the mobo.
