Greenmangaming password issues

I am trying to change my password in Greenmangaming. I have tried using Chrome, Firefox, and IE9. Neither fucking work.

I entered my email address to initiate a password reset. I get the email, click on the confirmation link. It brings me to a password change page. So I enter the password, then try to login. Says wrong password. Is greenmangaming usually this shitty? I EVEN TRIED clearing history/cache/cookies.

You may have to call or email them. Their website is most likely having database issues right now.
