Time has slipped away from me, since i actually did this mod. So excuse me if the case looks a little dusty and the hardware a little dated. Since i am swapping the hardware in this case i figured i would take the time and take pictures of it and post it up here. Sorry about the poor quality of the photos, only had my motodroid to take photos.

It was originally an AT PC case. I took out the HDD bay below the PSU and cut out a 120mm fan slot. I painted it as well and was planning on putting it in front of the 120mm fans up front, but there was no room. I also cut out the 2 120mm fans upfront as well and soldered the leads together, so they would always be the same speed from the fan controller. The cold cathodes can either be on, off, or sound reactive. I swapped out the blue led in the zalman 9700 fan for a green led.

Since i didn't have a HDD bay, i just mounted a HDD in a 5.25 slot and also as you can see there was already a spot on the way top for a HDD as well.

To explain the 2008 on the side. That is the year i graduated from high school, and all the signatures are from my classmates(only had a class of 40 or so kids) that signed the green paint job before i clear coated it.

The tractor cutout was a pain to do, went through a lot of dremel disks, after the jigsaw cutout the straight cuts. My plan was to put a 120mm fan as the big tractor wheel(made it that big for a reason), and the rest plexi, but never got around to it.

Oh and on the back in the upper right hand corner in the area of the motherboard ports is an antenna port to wirelessly turn the pc on and off. And this PC weights a ton. I would easily say way over 50 pounds since it is all solid steel.

Ya i grew up on a farm and all we had was John Deere tractors and i needed a theme for the mod so i just took it and ran with the Idea. John Deere colored spray paint is expensive though compared to the regular stuff.
 
No offense but I am just not a fan of the case. I will have to admit that the Paint Job is perfect. Im sure there are more John Deer Lovers out their who will appreciate the style you took. Thanks for Sharing

Ya i wrote in my original post that my original idea was to put a green led fan for the big tractor tire and then plexiglass to cover the rest. But never got around to it.
