I figured id pass this off to anyone thinking about or who current owns an OCZ power supply.

My modstream 520watt recently died after 6months of use(cant figure out if it just died or the doa K8n neo 2 took it out). Upon contacting RMA, the person on the other end of the phone was very curtious and professional. Asked me logical questions regarding the failur of the unit. At this point he informs me hell go ahead and issue and RMA. Upon asking me my location he informed me their was an OCZ office close to my house and he would place me in contact with them upon issuing me the RMA. Anyway after all this great service let me show you the timeline.

Wednesday: Power suppy dies
Thursday: Call OCZ
Friday: Complete RMA and provide credit details for crossship
Tuesday: New PSU arrives.

that is pretty damn impressive for timeline sake, and honestly every person I talked to at OCZ(including when i called just to thank them for the great service) was both curtious and kind at all times. Didnt hesitate to order some OCZ Rev 2 plat the next day :)

I would definitly reccomend OCZ

btw if this is in the wrong forum I aplogize, its not PSU specific I guess, but I posted it here with the intention of helping people make a decision on a Power supply. Not sure if that counts, move at your discresion (not like you need my permission)

OCZ has by far some of the best customer service out there and the reps actually test and know their hardware. Especially with RAM, i havn't seen many that will go the extra mile to help you get everything working to your satisfaction.
