I've been looking around for a while trying to find a good deal as i was disgusted by the built by ati 9600 xt i bought a few weeks back. I had returned it to best buy (paid $200) and then found a sweet deal. gameve.com has a saphire 9800 pro OEM for $228 with free ground shipping. If anyone is looking to buy a 9800 pro this price can't be beat anywhere i have seen.

Wll i guess you bougth yourself a 3 year warranty i think the oem only has a year... but as i am probably gonna upgrade in a year i really didn't care much about the warranty

I never noticed i had a 3 year. So if something happens to the card i can get a brand new one or what? 3 years seems like a long time.

No you dont get a new one... cuz in 3 years itll be worth 50 bucks

If you kept your reciept, I image thell give you something with equal or greater value.

At least thats what they did with my diamondback.. THe stem sucked and i stripped the handlebars. They gave me for free a Chrome Oddsey handlebar and a gt stem

but i could be wrong

i know thats how it works with compussr's extended warrenty :D

How you think I went from a 4x burner to a 48x burner for free :D

"Its broke"

is that a bike your talking about? lol

I had posted both of those sites yesterday or the day before, and several people commented that they weren't top rate sellers. However Newegg dropped their price on the same card from $239 to $229. Now that it's a $1.00 difference, I'm definitely going with newegg.

yeah i would have gone with newegg, but, they now have a warehouse in NJ where i live and i don't want to pay the exrta sales tax.
