Graphics Wiggin and not Refreshing

Hey so this just started happening, regularly, recently.

Notice how there are remnants of the closed Google Chrome window showing over the currently active window? This sort of thing has been happening between various programs at various times.

I'm on a Inspiron N4010 with Windows 7 and AMD ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 550v.

Any thoughts?
