Graphics Upgrade Help

Hey y'all...

I have an older build that I'm going to have my kids use for some light gaming (Civ6, etc).

The specs:
Board: ASUS M4A88T-M
Processor: AMD Phenom x4 965 Black
RAM: DDR3 16Gb
PSU: OCZ GameXstream 700W
Monitor: Samsung S24D30H 24" - 1920 x 1080

Problem is:
Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD4850

I'm looking for a relatively cheap-ish upgrade for the graphics. I'm thinking something like the ZOTAC GeForce GT730.

But, as always, I appreciate the opinion of the masses. Thanks!

I would go on ebay and look for a used 650 Ti (see a few for $45 shipped), or a 660 / 660 Ti if you don't mind bidding.

Geforce will fare a little better with the old CPU.

Whatever you do, don't go for anything under x40. Not worth it.

A 650Ti/660/750 would do the trick. If you'd like to stay with AMD, a 7750 would also work for gaming on the cheap.

Well if you can raise your budget a little, there have been deals for the rx460 for $60 and the gtx 1050 for about 80$.
Don't know if these are still valid, but look here: https://slickdeals.net/f/9858304-as...fter-20-mir?src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1 or https://slickdeals.net/f/9882528-ms...95ar-newegg?src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1 .

These should cream the 650ti, but maybe not worth the extra cost. I suppose it really depends on the settings you want to run civ6 at take: https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Performance_Analysis/Civilization_6/4.html as a start
or http://www.overclock.net/t/1614328/gamegpu-sid-meiers-civilization-vi-benchmarks it looks like it eats cpus up too :(
