Graphics Problems in Burnout Paradise

I'm having a strange problem in Burnout Paradise PC. After having installed ENBSeries and then removing it, I notice a strange, 100% reproducible problem with random, semi-transparent "planes" visible on the road. They disappear when I disable AA. They are always in the same place and are shaded by the car headlights and SSAO, as though they were game geometry. I have already tried reinstalling the game. Is my GPU damaged? I have heard after the fact that a certain version of ENBSeries for GTAIV has damaged GPUs before, perhaps the Burnout version does the same?

EDIT: Here is more info; disabling or enabling Crossfire has no impact.
