Graphics problem no one has ever had before

After 4 hours of searching the internet I have come to conclusion that i have a problem that no one else has ever had.

In games or anything 3D i can see a really blocky wireframe around everything, it's kind of hard to explain so i'll post up a screeny

Think it's time for a new graphics card
 
Check and see if maybe the card is overheating. Might just be dust clogging the fan and it's getting hot and doing that. When it's doing that in windows\bios screen is when you know its majorly fudged.
 
It's only about 4 months old, it's a Palit GTX 470 (the version with 2 fans on) and it's running kool (i have one of those snazzy temperature controls on the front of my pc)
 
My card gets used A LOT, but i need it for work, i use it for photoshop (openGL accelerated), 3dsmax 2011 and rendering, it gets used nearly 24 hours a day.

FFS isn't there a graphics card around today that can last me more than 6 months, the only card I have had that lasted me a long time was my trusty Voodoo 5500

If that's true (and I think you're exaggerating) then there is something really, really wrong with your cooling setup in your case, or possibly your PSU (dirty power kills components). Not the cards.There are tons of people here who run their cards full-bore 24/7/365, folding proteins for the [H] team or running SETI. That's far more stressful than Photoshop and 3DS Max.
