Graphic issue with Painkiller

Is this normal for painkiller? First time I am seeing this in the game. My card is not overclocked then what BFG does to 370. Is this a driver issue? It is like it is not drawing it properly. Also using 61.77 drivers with directx9.0c

dont know neither...only happens at those two spots so far i found in that one level...i can reporduce it every time
 
do you have the latest nvidia drivers? have you tried re-installing your game?
 
i have updated drivers and reinstalled...so far hasnt happened sicne that level..but i can recreate it every time...looks like something to do with drwaing in the distance and clipping no clue what...but others reported it..so i dont think it my system alone

for now not going to worry almsot done with game at this point
