I've heard about flashing graphic cards to boost them up a step, like flashing a 9800 LE (i think thats what its called) which is like an underclocked 9800 to a 9800pro and it'll be as good as a 9800 pro! I was wondering if I could do that with my GeforceFX 5700 LE and boost it up to a regular 5700. It'd probably give it a performance boost.

There's no hidden pipes in a 5700LE to fix by flashing it. A 5700LE's GPU is just an underclocked 5700. And the RAM is slower and possibly 64 bits wide rather than the 128 bits in a 5700. About all you can do is try to overclock with something like RivaTuner.
