Anyone heard from him lately? I've noticed his production has been 0 for the past couple months now. Hope he is doing well.

Are you talking about Grandpa grandpa, or Musky Grandpa?
 
It could be that October is a bad month for Grandpa_01 and me both on a very personal level. Know October 2015 sucked terribly for us both.

Not sure how I missed your post that month. I am at a loss of words over that.

And thank you, ChristianVirtual, for saying so. That folks who never personally knew my sweet little goofball, Damon, still remember him (even in such an unfortunate way) means a lot to me!

Does anyone know Grandpa personally who can reach out to him? Doesn't seem normal for him to be away for this long.
 
The last address I have was for his old house. The last exchange I had with him, he was getting remarried and moving in with new wife. I don't know that Grandpa had any health issues but he also lived life to the max, all his life. Guys like that tend to expire prematurely IMO, and truly hope he has not left this world :(

When his wife passed, it was a royal PITA to dig up any personal details, being older they have no social media presence and online presence was also minimal. There was no obituary to list next of kin when Grandma passed and was told this was planned/by design.

The following could be way off base....

Bear in mind this might be on purpose. If he was starting a new chapter in his life, he might not wish to return to certain things that, by association, hold painful memories. As I understand it, his late wife was a big part of his folding/crunching.

Just thinking that the fellow is likely getting notifications about tags/PMs here. If he's not responding, then I'd say it might be time to leave him be until he's ready; if/when that happens.

JMHO.
