I am looking for a very good sounding set of headphones for mostly used at work. I understand Grado has some of the better ones. However I am wondering is the open diaphram design would be too noisy for my fellow co-workers. I work in a lab which can be quite noisy, and would not want to bother my co-workers with my music.

I am willing to spend as much as $200 on the headphones and will most likely be building my own amp for them.
 
Yup, Grados tend to leak a lot of sound.
And they are not very comfortable either. ;)
 
Any recommendations to a set of headphones with the quality and rep of grado that might fit my requirements better.

Or maybe a store that carries Grado's near where I live, I can see if I like em myself. I am in Northern VA, not too far from DC.
