GPU-Z locks up my system.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I had this program up and running to monitor temps and fan speed while playing BFBC2 and 5 minutes into the match, my system locked up. I haven't used the program since then while playing and no problems have occurred.

Just now, I opened up the program while just idling on my desktop. I accidentally closed it and tried to reload the program again, and my system locked up.

My system seems to lock up with only this program. Is this a known bug or something? Does anyone else get freezes like I do with this program?

I'm running everything stock. Nothing is overclocked. My specs are in sig.
 
Yes I am using the latest GPU-Z version.

No, I don't have MSI Afterburner running or even installed.

Also using the latest Catalyst drivers and CCC. Overdrive seems to be checked. Should I uncheck it?
